Become a vendor

Set up begins at 7:30 am.  Seller spots can be purchased  at our online store.  When you arrive you will be checked in and directed to your 20ft by 20ft spot. Bring your own table, chairs and tents.


Table Rental | 30 inches by 6ft 

$5 each (We currently have a limited number for rent)

Flea Market Rules

  • No sales after 1:30 PM. Property must be cleared by 2 PM.

  • No sale of animals including pets

  • No explosives, weapons, firearms or guns of any kind including replicas, bows and/or arrows, ammunition, flammables, alcoholic beverages, pornographic materials or any item of an illegal nature may be sold, swapped or displayed. Swords and knives may be sold but must be in a display case.

  • Sale of food, including baked goods, and beverages other than produce is prohibited . We do allow food trucks to sell on site with a valid county/state food permit.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own trash and unsold items.

  • The management reserves the right to eliminate any items for sale, swap or display, and the right to take any action it deems necessary to provide reasonable care and protection to people and property on its premises.

Flea Market Parking:

7:30 AM – 2 PM

State Sales Tax:
This is a relationship between (You) the vendor and the state of North Carolina. You are responsible for all applicable state tax collection, filing, and payments.
